Consultation Service
OCnet offers the consultation service for foreign residents how to deal with their daily difficulties, problems.
It is available in multi-lingual languages in a variety of field for three days a week, either by face-to-face interview or over the telephone.

Not only do we give counseling service, but also we can accompany you to and discuss your case, with the authorities concerned and other institution, Of course with our interpreters.
We’ll help you find the best way to your case in collaboration with lawyers, doctors, and social workers.
From time to time we’ll seek counsel from the officials at the government And/or municipality level, depending upon nature of the issue.
Available Interpreters
English, Chinese (Mandarin), Spanish, Hang-up, Portuguese, Russian, French, Thai, Tagalong (Philippine), Urdu (Pakistan), Bengalese (Bangladesh)
For the language other than English and Japanese, reservation in advance is required.
